What is the problem with 2.0 boards? #40

I just got a number of LC02 devices, some are 1.4 and some are 2.0. Before I dive in what are the issues with the 2.0 boards not being compatible? Is it just pin mappings or something more fundamental?

I just realized that the 2.0 board has a whole different chip on it, the 8285. So this may just be a matter of selecting the correct board and making sure pins are correct. I have a few days off coming up, I'll see if I can flash one of these.

OK, one of the boards I have for an LC09 is labeled V10 from 17/8/22. It has an 8285 on it as well. This is the best pinout I've found for the 8285 M2 from the forum thread. Wire it up appropriately, change to 8285 as the board and it flashes fine. The RF remote isn't working, but I'll look at that later. On to the LC02's with 8285s this weekend.

This works for the newer controllers. For the 8285 controllers set that as the target. For the LC9 with the new board the pins are R:5, G:14, B:12. I have not gotten the RF remote working yet though. For the LC2 with the 2.0 board the pins are R:5, G:12, B:13, W:15.
