cannot activate plugin #2

after i install the plugin, the plugin list page shows up without the plugin list.

When I go back to the plugin page, it said that I installed it but it is not activated. I try activating again, and the same thing happens.

Are any settings added after that or is simply does not install anything at all? It could still be installing even if it tells you it is not. Search for some new settings to verify if it is only the installation status being wrong.
