Add GeoIP location into emails according to the IP used #2

Would be nice to have an extra info in the email - location

I used the information available from the code (core). How would you get the location without 3rd party libraries?

I can add any information which is available in core but this specific feature request isn't reasonable enough to add a library because an IP doesn't necessarily represent the user.

We can use 3rd party libraries which are free (some of them).
