The last PR was in another language , so made a updated one with preferred set of language and also added read me for better understanding that was missing in last one .

Hey @NEGRAH-S . We don't follow this practice of comitting readme.md about the issue in the repository. We keep the issues open on github, discuss there, assign to people. And then contributors create PRs against the issue which tries to fix the issue. And then we merge the PR and resolve the github issue. Closing this PR, since we don't follow this practice.
