c4gt production migration to samagra-development/devops

• Postponed for now, might start from Thursday

• All the services have been deployed
• Except discord-bot everything is working.
• Error in discord-bot seems to be from service end, confirmed by Jaanbaaz.
• Testing form Jaanbaaz end is left as he is not available today, so testing will be done tomorrow
• Migration of databases are left(to be done by c4gt team)
• DOMAIN_NAME and DOMAIN_SCHEME is to be changed once the testing is done

• Testing from c4gt team is done
• Webhook is working and tested
