Description

[x] Concurrently run all node scripts present in package.json via single command in order to enhance user experience
[x] Configure Turborepo config file in order to enable faster builds and first time setup.
[x] Move wrapper under examples and run during setup in order to help developers get familiarized via examples.

Progress on subsequent DX improvements done via self containerization of scripts within packages and migration to VSCode Integrated containers shall be tracked under issues #14 and #3
