This error keeps appearing despite restarting the terminal and jupyter several times and doing everything all over again: 2020-02-22T01:23:40 fastq-dump.2.8.2 sys: libs/kns/unix/syssock.c:606:KSocketTimedRead: timeout exhausted while reading file within network system module - mbedtls_ssl_read returned -76 ( NET - Reading information from the socket failed )

turned out to be an internet problem
