I tried all these below, they all got me fuzzy screen.

recovery-TWRP-3.3.0-0423-REDMI6-CN-wzsx150.img TWRP-3.2.3-TwrpBuilder-cereus-20180805.img twrp-3.3.1-0-cereus.img

Cuz all of them is for Oreo, not Pie, you have MIUI 11.0.2.0, and MIUI 11.0.2.0 is Pie
