Adding a "Back to Top" button #194

I propose adding a "Back to Top" sticky button on our main webpage. This feature will improve user navigation and enhance the overall user experience by allowing quick access to the top of the page.

Previously, you assigned me issue #169 , and after I worked on it and created PR #184 , @SamarthKadam found the changes irrelevant and closed the PR without merging it.
