I have styled the social media icons , plz review it and add hacktoberfest tag

@qashifpeer If you can then do the same for the rest pages as well and also try to fic the white space below the footer

We have already added the tag and the repo is under HacktoberFest so no need to worry your prs will definitely count🤞
