We show dates and times in the lists of posts (on blog.html and on each tag page), as well as at the top of every post page (_layouts/post.html) and for each comment (_includes/comment.html). Currently, I'm using the British date format (e.g., "03 Aug 2023") and the US time format. This is mostly because that's what Jekyll was using by default. I should probably just use one locale all the time, or the local locale all the time.
