Commanline option -i not processed when using custom log format

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use custom format log as input
2. add command line parameter "-i 0"
3. run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: graph leaves should stay
Instead : graph leaves "expire"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 0.37
OS: Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
- Custom Log provided like mentioned in wikipage
- "file" part of the log only contains paths, but i inserted fake files without 
changing the result of the bug

Please delete this issue. Found out it was my fault. I deleted the leaves, 
instead of modifiying them. So they dissapeard. All good.
