Add MySQL support to ELMAH

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
ELMAH support for MySQL.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Adding support to ELMAH for MySQL.

Notes:
I currently have this running in a production environment, so it is as stable 
as I can verify by my self.

You can commit, integrate and test your contribution there directly.

As of check in 691 and 692 there is now support for MySQL 5.1 GA in the .NET 
2.0+ 
versions of the framework.

should be

parameters.Add("Message", MySqlDbType.VarChar, 500).Value = 
message.Substring(0, Math.Min(500, message.Length));

source.Length -> message.Length
