Request.URL #208

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Could the Request.URL property be added to the error logging?

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Our WCMS system translates URLs to master pages so the URL field that ELMAH
logs is the same for every page on our site. Using the Request.URL property
gets the actual URL that the user typed.

All the Server Variables are already being logged, and the URL is being logged
in there!
If you need assistance with this, please post a question rather than logging an
issue.

Thanks,

James

Thanks for your assistance. I see the URL is being logged, but when an error
gets logged the URL field is the path of my master page not the URL the user is
visiting.

OK... I get where you are coming from.
Can you please advise as to which WCMS you are using??
And again, this is probably better (certainly initially) as a question for the
discussion group rather than an issue!

Thanks,

James

James,

Thanks once again for your assistance. We are using the Sitecore CMS
(http://www.sitecore.net/Products/Sitecore-CMS.aspx). I will go ahead and post
this in the discussion group as well.
