Upgrade GHC to v8.10.1, and everything else to latest. #35

As offered by nixpkgs-unstable.

This applies all changes that the latest versions of hlint, nixpkgs-fmt, and ormolu demand.

This isn't going to work. Gonna look into an alternative upgrade path.
