How do I use this? It's visible in Chrome's Extensions tab, but there's no mention of it anywhere in any of the menus, the wrench icon or the toolbar.

Chrome 17.0.928.0; Mac OS X 10.7.2

Just open XML file in Chrome

it's not working when i open a url without .xml extension ... imagine something like ... http://www.yourdomain/xmlresult/

Just pushed update of XV extension. It provides page action (icon in address bar) which can force rendering of current document with XV. If document is valid XML, it will be rendered with XV. Let me know if it works for you.
