bug: adjust button in sys tray icon to open submission tool to "Folder Settings" tab #66

Describe the bug Currently both the email and folder settings buttons on sys tray icon open up to the 3rd tab (email settings). We need to update this as a fourth tab was recently added.

Expected behavior The email menuoption in the sys tray icon should open up to the 3rd tab while the "folder settings" menuoption should open to up to the 4th tab.
