fix #8

change URLconf of codermatch app: new path, new view, new name
change name of former contribute view to howToCoderMatching
- change template name
change static template tags of html files to point to new url path (defined in URLconf)
change name of html template which displays /how-to-codermatching from /contribute to how_to_codermatching
