Google.Satellite map doesn't work #133

Choose Maps-Google.Satellite for any not cached region.
Map is empty.

Hello!
I am try to download offline maps google satellite and get error 404. The log 
file attached.
Please,fix it. In Russia this map is very useful and popular.

This can be fixed by changing value of the 'v' parameter 
(http://khms1.google.com/kh/v=xxx) to the value greater than 132.
