Upgrade to redactor 10.00 #121

Redactor new version is released with major improvements.

It would be great to be able to get version 10.x implemented. Currently sitting at version 10.0.2 which has a number of bug fixes. The editor is much nicer than previous.

This issue is expired now. Special thanks for @danthewolfe for upgrading editor version to 10.0.4 .
