How can I filter only image uploaded by a certain user in a multi-blogging app?

I`m a bit confused trying show only pictures uploaded only by current user in Insert Image -> Choose

Either have no idea on how to restrict uploading to non-logged-in users

Any help?

It would be great to add generator for overriding RedactorRails::PicturesController - it solved my problem
