Compatibility with armored illagers from dungeons mobs mod

Dungeons mobs adds mobs from minecraft dungeons to vanilla minecraft. it also adds the feature of pillagers and vindicators having a chance to spawn as armored variants. these armored variants are counted as different mobs and hence do not drop ravaged scrap. It would be nice to have compatiblity to allow the armored mobs to also drop ravaged scrap.
