Added test suite.

added guzzle as dev dependency to run laraval http client.

Apart from the description in issue #67 this pr also runs webhooks that are numerically indexed in lasso config for backward compatibility.

Hey @ajuchacko thanks for this PR and sorry for the delay! I've just gone through and updated the codebase and added a Pest test suite. Would you be happy to update your PR to make the changes consistent with my latest update? Thank you

Hey @ajuchacko I appreciate the PR however I'm going to close it for now. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this feature in the future and I'd be happy to look at a fresh PR!
