Getting a weapon is more difficult than it really should be for new players and needs to be fixed. #293

How would anyone who just joined the game for the first time know that you have to right click on some random NPC they don't know about, walk all the way to some random place they don't know about, just to get a weapon that sucks and still ammkes the lose, feel? I would hate the game if this was me who was clueless. You have to understand that new players:

a) Never even played the game before b) probably can't get help from others because its hard to give directions when they already don't understand anything or they may not be online c) this is their first impression of the game and they are continuously dying out frustration because they don't undrestand what to do

You being the game creator obviously know the entire code and intricate mechanics of the game, but the game tutorial barely specifies anything about how to play other than the controls and what your main goal is.

Players are obviously going to assume that you have some kind of gear to start with, but then they realize they DON'T.

Simple solution which I STRONGLY think is necessary. Give the player a weapon from the start. When they join. Seriously. I'm pretty sure that new players who don't have friends who play the game will always be stuck. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. I'm seriously asking you to consider this issue. This is a major issue in my opinion.

How will the game attract new players if they get stuck and feel defeated and clueless right after they log in? The game needs to be more friendly to new players and give them a weapon - at least copper shiv.

In my opinion, a good characteristic of a game is being easy for players who aren't that good they can still enjoy it, but also being difficult for better players. This game just feels too supportive of better players who already know how to play rather than new players or beginners.
