Have daily limits on stuff #354

This will help mitigate power creep. For example, black market could only sell (1) golden stars/badges a day and Joseph could only sell (100) diamonds from leads a day. That way it takes longer to acquire new equipment from updates

sp always makes weapons really hard to make in the next updates, and I don't really like this idea but it is my opinion. Plus it takes hours just to make a new item that we need for a weapon and sp likes to add in different items with different uses and that he makes sure it is hard to get

I also personally don't like this idea too because it would take forever to craft good stuff.
