scan() method in LocalBluetoothDevice causes Force Close #11

I'm just getting started with this API and have successfully run the
initLocalDevice() method and checked its status with isEnabled() method
which returns true.

I go to access the scan() method and the program Force Closes. Does anyone
have any input? I can attach my source code.

Tmobile G1, and cyanogen's 4.0.4, which is based off of 1.5
