Need tweaked build scripts from 96dd9398a3759e2cb30787dd96f1b24e44ba14bc to use.

Should be considered experimental until at least a few of us have shaken it out. Feel free to stick to 4.9.3 for the time being if you wish. Nobody should be using 4.7.3.

Change log implies this will be a low priority release. No big action in cortex m3 / thumb2. Some general improvements but probably very tiny for us. A test release build was 2 kB smaller.

Ran the benchmark test using new compiler. Getting screwy results, some tests somewhat better, some tests significantly worse. Recommend sticking with 4.9.3 until somebody has time to investigate a little more.

Closing as 5.4.1 is now latest.
