I just added eMote 29 to our website (at Chris' request), and generated the documentation. When looking at, for instance, https://samraksh.com/index.php/support/emote-interface-documentation, the assembly version is given as 4.3.2.0. All the assemblies have the save version. Right now this value is just noise.
We've discussed versioning rules for eMote and for the individual assemblies. It would be really useful to implement these so that that the relationship between eMote release version and each assembly version is well known.
