Request: Notary's Distillation or similar to allow "authenticating" via Caster's Coin / Mark #42

Still entity, entity -> boolean, but if the second entity is an EntityLiving of some sort, check their off hand, then main hand for the coin.

Use case would be a Caster's Coin (or Caster's Mark, if that freq is accepted) in your hand used as a hexxy crypto smart card.

Summarizing a discussion from Hexcasting's discord.

The problem with this is that it doesn't really allow one to read the iota on the coin/mark, which means it's only one piece of information: Who signed the coin/mark? Which is a very constrained variable with few uses.

Another possibility would be an Impetus that work when right-clicking the coin (erases the coin) / mark (just reads it) and places the iota on the stack, while allowing Notary's Purification to work as though it was in the off hand.
