Mineable with pickaxe tag failing when using Ducky's and other mods? #40

Trying to make a 1.20.1 forge pack for MC, and have discovered a strange bug, the mineable with pickaxe tag is faling on startup, here is a part of a log (full log here)

[02:18:22] [Worker-Main-10/ERROR] [minecraft/TagLoader]: Couldn't load tag [ducky-periphs:focal_link_block (from duckyperiphs-1.20.1-1.3.1-forge.jar)] as it is missing following references: ducky-periphs:focal_link_block (from duckyperiphs-1.20.1-1.3.1-forge.jar) [02:18:22] [Worker-Main-10/ERROR] [minecraft/TagLoader]: Couldn't load tag [#minecraft:mineable/pickaxe (from spectrum-1.7.7-deeper-down_mapped_srg_1.20.1.jar)] as it is missing following references: #minecraft:mineable/pickaxe (from spectrum-1.7.7-deeper-down_mapped_srg_1.20.1.jar)

It seems to be conflicting with Spectrum on start up, however I have seen it conflict with artifacts and spectrum as well. Let me know if you need more information

This happens even without artifacts and spectrum, maybe other mod with world gen can also conflict with this. Should reopen

im also getting this issue unfortuantely, it makes the mod completely unusable as you can not mine pickaxe blocks

A temporary fix is to just install hexal. Whenever I get around to updating ducky it'll be a simple fix I believe.
