Need a consistent name for the mode: "Gentleman mode" or "Punchdrunk mode". #42

The colloquial term we've been throwing around is gentleman mode, the cvar name is punchdrunk. People kept on interchanging the term in the test server, to much confusion. Party Mode works for samsara_peoplediewhentheyarekilled because the cvar name is really, really long. Gentleman and Punchdrunk are practically the same length.

I vote samsara_gentleman, but mostly because I'm an immature twat that giggles at the idea of Duke and Ranger in top hats, outrageous mustaches, and monocles holding up their dukes in an old Victorian-era way.

Looks like Punchdrunk mode is what people are generally settling on.
