0 for the normal speed of the character (slower for SO/Duke, faster for Parias), 1 for normalized speed.

Duke and SO also have non-default speeds. Or is this variable to give EVERYONE Parias' speed? That'd be cool

Yeah, that's kind of a non-indicative name. changed to samsara_normalizedspeed

Perhaps they should be split into three CVARs. And/or maybe have samsara_speedmod.
