[monitor] Add timeout option to request-promise call #95

All fields in Overview page are empty when some servers are busy. To resolve the problem, timout option should be added.

As we discussed, 1, Need a indicator(or progress bar) to show how many servers returned there status.

  1. Need a information how many servers are inactive.
  2. The table should be updated by an event of arrival data from servers
