This PR is about fixing typing error

change "EdgeTpuCfgData" -> "EdgeTPUCfgData" because TPU is initial of 'Tensor Processing Unit'

The file has a different name and class name, and also all initials are named in capital letters in this project, i have fixed them for unity.
