[onert] Add essentialBackwardOrder to TrainableGraph #13352

This commit adds essentialBackwardOrder method to TrainableGraph.

Add essentialBackwardOrder that generates essential backwarding order used by truncateBackwardOrder method from TrainableGraph
Divide truncateBackwardOrder to be able to truncate conditionally
Add additional unit tests to verify backwarding order
