Request to add motion pose nodes

안녕하세요. Samsung Software Developer Conference 2021에 참가한 삼성청년SW아카데미 5기의 5FNSaaS(오픈싸스)팀입니다.

Samsung Automation Studio for Mashup(이하 SASM)의 생태계 속에서 동작인식을 활용한 제어 솔루션을 제공하며, 상용성과 보편성을 고려하여 몸과 손의 동작 정보를 우선적으로 개발하였으며 "Motion Pose"라는 이름으로 배포했습니다. 개발한 노드는 총 9가지로 다음과 같습니다.

• monitor : Body Pose/Hands 인식 화면을 모니터링
• detection-webcam : 웹캠을 사용하여 Pose를 인식/시각화 (각 Body/Hands 1개)
• detection-iotcam : Samsung SmartThings에 활용되는 외부 카메라 장치(Thing)을 사용하여 Pose를 인식/시각화 (각 Body/Hands 1개)
• similarity-find : 저장된 동작과 유사도를 판단해 가장 유사한 Pose를 도출 (각 Body/Hands 1개)
• smilarity-register : 저장된 동작과 유사도를 판단하여 등록 가능 여부를 도출 (각 Body/Hands 1개)

이러한 노드들을 SmartThings, Bixby와의 높은 연계성을 가지는 Flow를 개발자라면 누구든 작업할 수 있습니다. 현재 5FNSaaS팀에서는 다음과 같은 활용 Flow를 제시합니다.

• Bixby : 올바른 자세와 규칙적인 운동 습관을 만드는 홈 트레이닝 Flow
• SmartThings : 신체 동작을 통한 IoT 기기제어 Flow

SASM의 생태계에서 높은 활용성을 보이는 저희 Motion Pose는 신체 동작을 통한 다양한 제어 솔루션과 다양한 서비스 Flow 구성이 가능합니다.

Hello. This is the 5FNSaaS team of the 5th Samsung Youth SW Academy participating in the Samsung Software Developer Conference 2021.

In the ecosystem of Samsung Automation Studio for Mashup (hereinafter referred to as 'SASM'), we provide a control solution using motion recognition. In consideration of compatibility and universality, information on body and hand motion was a key factor of our development and we distributed under the name "Motion Pose". There are a total of 9 nodes developed as follows.

• monitor : Monitor the body pose/hands detection screen
• detection-webcam : Recognize/visualize pose using webcam (1 body/hands each)
• detection-iotcam: Recognizes/visualize poses using an external camera device (Thing) used in Samsung SmartThings (1 body/hands each)
• similarity-find: Determine the similarity with the registered motion to derive the most similar pose (1 body/hands each)
• smilarity-register: Determine the degree of similarity with the registered action to determine whether registration is possible (1 body/hands each)

Any developer can develop their own Flow which has high connectivity with SmartThings and Bixby using our nodes. Currently, the 5FNSaaS team presents the following utilization flow.

• Bixby: Home training flow that corrects right posture and helps to build regular exercise habits
• SmartThings: IoT device control flow through body or hands posture

Our Motion Pose nodes, which has high usability in the SASM ecosystem, can configure various control solutions and various service flows through body movements.

안녕하세요. 짧은 기간 정말 수고 많으셨습니다. 작성하신 코드가 너무 유용해 보이며 SASM 서비스 (IoT, AI)에 정말 잘 어울리는 노드를 작성해주셨습니다. 빅스비 캡슐까지 작성하신 것으로 알고 있습니다. 작성하신 노드들은 SASM 서비스에서 채택하여 릴리즈고려하겠습니다.

멘토로서, 기존 오픈소스에 기여하는 것 뿐만 아니라 팀 프로젝트 코드를 npm repository 에 개별 배포하여 본인만의 오픈소스를 관리해보는 경험을 전달하고자했습니다. 여러분들의 오픈소스도 생겼으니 직접 잘 키워나가시길 기대합니다. 정말 고생많으셨습니다.

오픈소스를 처음하면서 팀장을 맡아 어려운 부분이 많았는데 멘토님과 프로님들의 피드백과 코칭으로 끝까지 올 수 있었습니다. 진행하는 중에 응원과 조언을 기반으로 오픈소스 개발 이상의 인사이트를 얻을 수 있었습니다. 말씀해주신 부분들은 현재 프로젝트 기간이 종료된 후에도 팀내에서 수정하고 오픈소스 기여에 꾸준히 시도해볼 예정입니다.

7주간의 기간 동안 많은 지원과 피드백 정말 감사합니다. 최대한 빠른 시일 내에 말씀해주신 피드백을 바탕으로 더욱 좋은 코드를 작성해보겠습니다.
