Description of Change

Fix some renderer issues
Add some test cases for guide.

Bugs Fixed

Fix issue which GroupBarChart doesn't display category label with no AxisOption.
Fix issue which LineChart doesn't display groupitem's color.
Fix issue which PieChart Legend color box display different color to slice color.

API Changes

None

Behavioral Changes

None

Chart API will be seperated from CircularUI and will have it's own git.
