Description of Change

This PR fix Bezel interaction after more options was closed, When more options was closed, we need to active rotary action, but does not, it was fixed

Bugs Fixed

Bezel Rotation Event not working on BezelInteractionPage (https://mobilerndhub.sec.samsung.net/its/browse/TIZENNET-40)

After opening the toolbar page and returning to the Bezel Interaction Page, rotating the bezel does not scroll the list on the screen.
