Broken links in Web API Reference #356

All the links on the Tizen Web API References page are broken. Seems that the latest symbolic link does not work on that web server.

The TOC on the left is not working correctly too. It attempts to open new window which is blocked by my browser. The links looks incorrect too (clicking Wearable gives API for Mobile).

This issue was resolved on PR #470.
