Can't figure out how to host this myself #1

I'm trying to get the hello world app going, it works fine out of the box. I want to try to customize it a bit. I've uploaded all the HTML code to my server here: http://capturetheory.com/housman_tv//tv/ and I've changed the URL in the Android code to my URL.

I get an error saying "cannot start hello world service". I've submitted that URL to be approved but I'm not sure if that's happened or not.

Also I've tried to go to the IP of the TV to disable the whitelist but I just get a 404.

I solved my own problem: Go the the TV's "Software Update" (not firmware) option and update it. Go to Smart Hub, My Apps and enter 1,2,3,4,5 to enable dev mode. Power cycle the TV and then the http://:8001 URL will work and you can hit the option to "enable all content" to disable the whitelist.
