Feature flaw of adding same person twice with name only differing in casing

As seen from the image, there are two identical people with same fields with only one letter being in lower case in one and upper case in another. This is a feature flaw as we should not allow the adding of two same people. Casing and names should not cause two names to all of sudden be considered different. Feature flaw as feature becomes less useful to the intended target user for normal usage and low as unlikely to affect normal operations of the product.
