Review yellow/pink colour themes

The yellow and pink colour themes can be difficult to read when they have white text in the foreground. Consider either:

1. Making the background theme colours darker.
2. Setting up some logic to set the text to black in these themes.

To resolve this issue, I did the following:

• Updated the pink colour to a darker shade, giving it more contrast with any white text that sits atop it (see screenshot below)
• Removed the the yellow colour palette, as I could not find a shade of yellow that offered sufficient contrast with white text, while still fitting with the stylistic direction of the app
