Patch for OSLib MOD and MP3 via Media Engine #10

Hi! :)

I modified the StacklessPython PSP sources to use the Media Engine to play
MP3 and made it work with OSLib MOD.
Included are some samples (like the net dialog or the Sony OSK).
IntraFont doesen't seem to work, I'll look at it.
