[Bug] Server Outage error #241

I am faced with a server Outage error when trying to use discord bot client. None of the servers are visible and show a red exclamation point. This bot is at the 100 server limit (I can't verify it atm) so I cannot make it join a new server. What do I do?

Is there no permanent fix for this issue other than using whats stated in #233
