Design and Implement the Front End #3

Currently, the front end consists of some meta info and titles in the headers of the home and contact page. I should implement these and make them nice and pretty using some css framework. I want it to be minimalistic, not using any sort of MVC or anything like that, as I just want this website to be a basic way of displaying information about myself and perhaps marketing myself a little bit.

The discussion about the css framework and the way I want to structure it will take place here, likely amongst me, myself, and I. I sort of like conducting my projects like this, simulating a social development process. It has forced me to think in detail about my choices and justify them to myself, even if no one else will read this until the records of my life are preserved and sent out to the galaxy as a shining example of a directed, acyclic guy (a DAG, if you will).

I hate building front ends. Adding the help wanted tag even though I know no one will help me. I just want you to know that I want help 🆘

Also added the good first issue tag to entice green front end programmers looking for easy PRs on GitHub.

I'm a green backend programmer, I understand where you're at. Help me help you!
