Exception in thread "Thread-6" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.googlecode.javacv.cpp.avcodec$AVPacket #415

1.Using Web Cam Video Input , capture Image in Convert  Video file Format and 
Record using FFmpegFrameRecorder Class.
2.So I have Add Javacv ,Javacpp Jar File , and also download FFMPEG Folder 
,here ffmpeg-2.1.1-windows-x86.jar ,ffmpeg-2.1.1-windows-x86_64.jar file 
configure Environment System Variable.

3. Also Installed Javacv-0.7 bin , Opencv 2.4.8 , configure Environment System 
Variable Class Path and Path . Please let me know about FFMPEG 2.1.1  jar file 
win 64 and win86  how to configure both jar files ?

4. Windows OS 7 , 64 bit ,Eclipse 64 bit.

As stated in the README.txt file, please download the FFmpeg binaries from here:
http://javacv.googlecode.com/files/javacv-0.7-cppjars.zip
And please ask your questions on the mailing list next if possible, thank you.
