the data type and limits of the inputs for commands like /wadd, /cadd are not stated, which can be misleading #15

As mentioned in a few issues added, the data types for weights used, calories count are not stated, which can be misleading to users, because those parameters are commonly in the data type of double, but for this program, only integer type are allowed. Further more adding large calories are rejected, but not stated what is the exact limit before it gets rejected.
