Will Not Work #15

Okay, so I have downloaded Beautiful Discord and issued the correct commands (I think). I've followed my own guide, step by step. The one I made last time I installed your wonderful skin. This time though, nothing seems to be working. I was wondering if you could walk me through the process, or tell me where I might have gone wrong.

I get no error messages. Discord re-launces, but your skin does not appear on top.

Hello Elsa! Sorry for the late response, I've been very busy lately.

Beautifuldiscord tends to be wonky at times, but try beautifuldiscord --revert, rename the css file to other name, then apply the css again.

If this fails, check if the beautifuldiscord is up to date, and the css file is up to date.

As for the guide, using just beautifuldiscord --css <css_filepath> alone is sufficient, no need to use the py -m beforehand.

I hope everything will be resolved! I'll check the issue regularly right now.

Also just a note- While the support always says 3rd party plugins and add-ons for Discord are against the ToS, and by using one you run the risk of getting banned, they are very unlikely to suspend the user's account.

Though to add into that, the situation where if the 3rd party plugins and add-ons are involved in abusing the API, then they would whack the user swiftly. Since beautifuldiscord does not really deal anything API related (at least that I know of), being suspended from using beautifuldiscord is very very unlikely.
