add tests for all packages, fix juice-shop, sqlmap, zap, and ssrf

Added tests for all packages. Tests are run in parallel. You can see it in action at https://github.com/double16/katana2/actions

Made some fixes to the following packages, if you'd like me to revert and address in separates PRs, let me know:
