Update preset #8

I wasn't able to get the npm/browserify part to work, so this pull is more of a placeholder until @SamyPesse can help me figure out how to get it to build for npm.

and also includes CDN fix, sorry for not separating these out, hopefully that just gets merged in soon ;)

this isn't ready yet, sorry. Because of how the publishing works, it was hard to test. So closing this until I verify it works.
